Netanyahu bids 'good riddance' after Iranian FM Mohammed Zarif resigns

"Zarif is gone - good riddance," Prime Minister Netanyahu said on Tuesday after Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammed Zarif announced his resignation.
Writing on Twitter, Netanyahu said that "as long as I'm around, Iran won't get nuclear weapons."
"Many thanks for the generosity of the dear and brave people of Iran and its authorities over the past 67 months," Zarif wrote on his Instagram page jzarif_ir late Monday. "I sincerely apologize for the inability to continue serving and for all the shortcomings during my service. Be happy and worthy." 
He gave no specific reasons for his decision.

Netanyahu said at the conference that Israel “will act not just against Iran’s proxies that are attacking us, but against Iran itself.”
“Well, here’s a piece of that Iranian drone, or what’s left of it after we shot it down. I brought it here so you can see for yourself. Mr. Zarif, do you recognize this? You should. It’s yours.”
Zarif, who addressed the conference later in the day, dismissed Netanyahu’s presentation as a “cartoonish circus, which does not even deserve a response.”
