US government employees and their family members have been temporarily restricted from any personal travel in certain areas in Israel's north, the US Embassy announced in a statement on their website on Monday.
According to the site, official travel in the area of Highway 65 toward Afula and north/northeast of Highway 71 from Afula to the Jordanian border will require approval. It may only take place in armored vehicles.
