The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment on Thursday against a 17-year-old suspected of involvement in the deadly explosion in Ramla.
He was charged with committing offenses of premeditated murder under aggravated circumstances, attempted murder, possession and transportation of weapons, destruction of evidence, multiple counts of aggravated intentional damage, and more.
