A toddler was pronounced dead on Friday morning on a Tel Aviv street after being found unconscious, Israeli media reported.
MDA teams that were called to the scene reported finding a baby with no signs of life and ultimately pronounced him dead on the spot.
MDA first responders tried to revive the child after finding him without a pulse but were ultimately unsuccessful.
