IDF warns public of risk of unexploded ordnance in northern Israel

There are concerns of unexploded ordnance (UXO) in areas across northern Israel, the IDF said on Friday.

The army told the public to keep a distance from any object if found, and to immediately report it to security forces or the police.

UXOs pose a life-threatening danger as they may still contain explosive material, the IDF added.
