"Encouraging Israelis to explore Albania’s breathtaking landscapes, vibrant traditions, and growing economy will undoubtedly foster stronger friendships and partnerships," Rama said.

The Albanian leader also commended Israel's President Isaac Herzog, describing him as " an exceptional man, an inspiring leader, and my dear friend."

Herzog, in turn, wished Rama well, responding, "I wish you and your government much success in this great and important development strengthening the close ties between our peoples."
