Putin's spy chief says Russia will continue dialog with US on prisoner swaps, RIA says

Russia's foreign intelligence chief, Sergei Naryshkin, said that Russia would continue dialog with the US administration, including talks on prisoner swaps, state-run news agency RIA reported on Friday.

A Russian-American spa worker, Ksenia Karelina, who had been sentenced to 12 years in prison in Russia, was exchanged on Thursday for Arthur Petrov, whom the US had accused of forming a global smuggling ring to export sensitive electronics to Russia's military.
