Two Ramallah residents were arrested on Thursday and sent for questioning after they were caught at the Shomron border crossing with two 'Carlo' rifles in their car, reported
Maariv, The Jerusalem Post's sister paper.
The suspects reportedly came from a location under the authority of the Palestinian Authority and raised the suspicion of security at the crossing on Highway 5.
