Nikki Haley, a former UN ambassador who has staked much of her candidacy on her foreign policy credentials, faulted Biden for pressing Israel to consider humanitarian pauses.
The former president, who responded to Hamas's attack on October 7 by criticizing Netanyahu for differences when he was in office, beat out Nikki Haley, Trump's ambassador to the UN.
