The uptick in raids was triggered by a terror attack that killed three Israelis and injured seven others near the Palestinian village of al-Funduq on January 6.
Two terrorists were arrested in the joint operation; both were from the northern West Bank town of Kabatiya, near Jenin.
"Most of the enemy's prisoners in the northern Gaza Brigade are now missing due to the Zionist aggression," the source told Al Jazeera.
