Terrorist Marwan Barghouti could be released by Israel in hostage deal - report

Yahya Sinwar discussed the proposed deal through Hamas representatives for the first time on Friday, saying it was the closest offer yet to the terrorist organization's demands.

MARWAN BARGHOUTI is brought into court by police for his judgment hearing in May 2004, at which he was convicted on five counts of murder in terrorist attacks.
