Ultra-Orthodox youths try reaching Joseph's tomb in Nablus, stopped by Palestinian police instead

Youths dressed in Ultra-Orthodox attire were seen arrested by Palestinian Authority police forces in footage that circulated on social media, Walla reported on Thursday night.

Several young ultra-Orthodox Jews were arrested on Thursday night by the Palestinian police when they entered one of the villages in the West Bank. However, the background and exact location have not been confirmed and identified as of yet.

Palestinian sources report that the youths were arrested in Shechem, and according to suspicion, they attempted to reach and pray at the tomb of Joseph.

In footage circulated on social media, the young men, some dressed in Hasidic attire, are seen sitting with their backs against a wall. Behind them, Palestinian Authority police officers, armed with guns and batons, yell at them in Arabic and kick them.
