Security sources told Reuters that other members of Hezbollah's Radwan Force were killed when the Israeli strike hit a meeting they were attending.

"Anyone who thinks that Hezbollah isn't training to infiltrate a squad of fighters into Israeli territory is mistaken," officers said.

Several suspicious aerial targets were seen crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory following sirens that sounded between 8:38 p.m. and 8:46 p.m. in the Upper and Western Galilee area.

Earlier on Monday, the Hezbollah-affiliated Al Mayadeen reported that unmanned aerial vehicle struck a vehicle in southern Lebanon between the localities of Meis el-Jabal and Shaqra.

Several other terrorists from the Radwan forces who were operating in the buildings were also killed in the attack.

According to the IDF, Hassin, a senior operative of the Lebanon-based terror organization, held a rank equivalent to that of a brigade commander.

As part of those attacks, the IDF has killed over 300 Hezbollah terrorists as well as injured over 750, with nearly all of the terror group's border lookout posts destroyed.

The IDF received intelligence suggesting that Hezbollah forces were partially moved due to the high number of casualties suffered by the Lebanese terror organization.
