The petition raises concerns over whether the funding complied with Israeli law and calls for a thorough and transparent review.

The employee who submitted the complaint requested to be recognized as a whistleblower.  

"If these obstacles are not removed by January 15, 2025, I will be compelled to use my investigative authority," Englman warned.
