Eliav Breuer is the Knesset correspondent for The Jerusalem Post.

Formerly a breaking news editor and police affairs correspondent for the Post, he is a graduate of Shalem College in Jerusalem, where he majored in Philosophy and Jewish Thought. Prior to his university studies, he completed his military service in the IDF's elite EGOZ unit.

Eisenkot announces split from Gantz's National Unity party

“Member of Knesset Lt. Gen. (res.) Gadi Eisenkot informed National Unity Party chairman Benny Gantz of his intention to leave the party and return his mandate to it,” the party said.
